Terms of use
Draft last updated: 19 September 2026
These terms apply to Northline Leads, operated by Simon under [REGISTERED COMPANY OR TRADING NAME], [COMPANY NUMBER IF APPLICABLE], at [UK REGISTERED ADDRESS OR CONTACT AREA].
The service
Northline Leads introduces organisations seeking commercial cleaning quotations to independent cleaning contractors. Northline is not the cleaning provider, employer, agent or partner of either party and does not award contracts or supervise cleaning work.
For businesses requesting quotes
Submitting an enquiry is free and does not require you to accept a quotation. You confirm that the details supplied are accurate, that you are authorised to discuss the requirement, and that Northline may contact you to check it. Details are shared with contractors only in line with the consent given on the form.
For contractors
The introductory trial costs £99 for 5 qualified opportunities. Areas, premises types and preferred contract sizes must be agreed before payment. No ongoing contract or automatic renewal applies unless separately agreed in writing.
A qualified opportunity has a checked contact who is involved in the decision, valid contact details, a confirmed premises and scope, a genuine requirement, a realistic start date and relevant budget or current-spend information where the contact can provide it. It must also match the agreed contractor criteria.
An opportunity will be reviewed and replaced where it falls outside the agreed area, premises type or likely contract size; contact details are invalid; the person denies making the enquiry; there is no genuine requirement or realistic start date; or the contact is not involved and cannot connect Northline with the appropriate person. A lost quotation, lack of response after a valid introduction, price disagreement or a prospect choosing another supplier does not by itself qualify for replacement.
No guaranteed result
Northline does not guarantee a minimum contract value, exclusivity, a meeting, quotation acceptance, sale, start date or revenue. Contractors decide whether to quote and businesses decide whether to proceed.
Checks and responsibility
Businesses and contractors must carry out their own checks before agreeing work, including identity, insurance, references, safeguarding, health and safety, site requirements, pricing and contract terms. Any cleaning contract is directly between the business and contractor.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Northline is not responsible for cleaning quality, acts or omissions of an independent contractor, payment disputes, indirect losses or decisions made after an introduction. Any refund or replacement rights are limited to what is stated here or separately agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false, unlawful or misleading information, misuse another person’s details, interfere with the site or use enquiry information for unrelated marketing.
Privacy and changes
Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy. These terms may be updated; material changes affecting a paid trial should not retrospectively remove rights already agreed.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. Questions can be sent to simon@northlineleads.co.uk or 07348 829852.
